Our learning approach to evaluation is designed to maximize use of findings. We view evaluation as a tool for improvement, not paper work required for funding. As such, our approach is highly participatory and collaborative, and at its best, is driven by a mutually shared spirit of inquiry. We believe that evaluation should be informed by prior learning, informs new learning, and feeds forward to set the conditions for future learning.
