Evaluation Capacity Building
Torres Consulting Group provides experiences and tools that build clients' capacity for evaluation and learning beyond the initial inquiry. We work to help clients integrate evaluation into their programs and organizations. We provide technical assistance and support to help you develop interview, focus group, and/or observation protocols and we train staff to use these instruments and techniques.
