Torres Consulting Group is committed to the well being of our local, national, and global community.

Environment

We are currently in the process of obtaining certification as a “Bay Area Green Business.” This program of the San Francisco Bay Area verifies that businesses meet higher standards of environmental performance, are in compliance with all environmental regulations and take actions to conserve resources, prevent pollution, and minimize waste.

Volunteerism

Our employees participate as a group in at least two community service activities annually. Most recently we collected toys for the local 2007 Toys for Tots campaign and sorted toys for distribution to needy families.

Rosalie Torres, Principal, has recently volunteered to become a board member for Alameda Family Services, a human services organization whose programs improve the emotional, psychological, and physical health of children, youth, and families in Alameda, CA and the east San Francisco Bay area.

We also support 50% of the time individual employees participate in volunteer activities during business hours, for up to four hours per month.
